If you have studied elementary physics, you must have heard both of these names. Neils Bohr is a well known figure when it comes to Quantum Physics. And I really don’t think Einstein needs any introduction. Many school students are introduced to Bohr as the one who gave Bohr’s Model of Hydrogen Atom. Einstein name is mostly associated with his theories of Special and General Relativity. Both of these dramatically new concepts were introduced into the world of physics at the dawn of 20th century. But alas, they refused to go hand in hand.

This is probably the most busy generation this world ever had. We work a lot. When we work, we increase the number of possible outcomes for everything we do. Some outcomes are terrible from our perspective, and we view some as forms of success. The latter is not a concern for us right now, so let’s focus what generally happens in the first situation. We outsource the blame to luck. This forms the basis of a phenomenon called the self-serving bias.

Welcome guys! If you have been programming for some time, then you must have heard about Sublime Text, “A sophisticated text editor for code, markup, and prose”. It’s so popular because it is highly configurable, extremely lightweight, and has a sleek and beautiful design. Although it may seem a little complex to handle at first, but when you understand its working, you will literally appreciate how productive it makes you.

(See this article to understand why Sublime Text is so popular when it comes to productivity.)

Hoping that you already have created required build systems for your desired languages, let’s…

Dear Reader, I present you with 33 best retro Hindi love songs from the 50s, 60s, and possibly 70s too. I have selected these songs solely on the basis of their capability to portray the feeling of love, and subsequently have omitted those songs which were about “beauty description” — which describe how handsome or beautiful their partner is. Please listen each song till the end (if you choose to listen one), because few of them have their best parts towards the concluding paras. It’s definitely not an exhaustive list, but these songs occupy the top positions in my playlists…

“The oldest and strongest of emotions of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is the fear of unknown.”

— H.P. Lovecraft, Supernatural Horror in Literature

Are you aspiring to be a horror writer? Do you think you have a spine-chilling plot ready to be served? Well, read on to see what literally pisses off a reader when it comes to supernatural stories. Forgive me for the numerous Lovecraft references about to come, but since he is my favourite horror writer (sorry Stephen), it’s unavoidable.

1. Don’t get too technical when you involve supernatural phenomenon.

No. Never. It ruins the story. Especially in the 21st century…

So we’ve finally reached the end, just like the show did. Majority of the episodes you are going to read here did not have Miles’ ‘monologue ending’, but they were so good, it felt wrong to exclude them from this list. Hence I wrote the message of each episode myself. Frankly speaking, I didn’t want to include the finale episode here as a sign of my protest against the unsatisfying ending, but I chose otherwise. The finale was abrupt, but it was nevertheless quite beautiful. Thanks for reading these posts. Links to other posts in this series can be found…

Here is the third part of the series where we look at Miles’ ‘monologue’ at the end of each episode. If you haven’t read the previous posts, you can read the first part here, and the second part here. By the way, we’ve reached season two. So please enjoy…

S2E1 : Joy

Here is the second part of the four-part series where I present all that Miles had said in his podcast, The Millennial Prophet, at the end of each episode. If you haven’t read the first part, you can read it now here and that too for free (no paid membership required). This post consists of content from episodes 11 to 18. Thanks. The list is yours. Enjoy! 😀

S1E11 : 17 Years

By now, all of you who follow the show God Friended Me know that it came to a sad and abrupt end on 26th April, 2020. CBS decided that it will not be renewing the show for another season because of less increase in viewership in the second season. Many of the “die hard” fans of the show were clearly disheartened. Even though I would love to see the show back on some other network, I know it’s almost a fallacy. Nonetheless, these have been 2 very beautiful years of my life. …
